There's a new trend in real estate coming to Scandinavia that makes owning one actually affordable.

Fractional ownership basically means a property is legally divided into more affordable segments.

As an example, for a purchase price of $30,000, a person would own 1/12 of a brand new furnished home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, and is entitled to use the property 4 weeks of the year.

Then there's the maintenance. Nobody wants to think of this when on vacation. So a property management company does all that for you. Owners each pay their share of actually cost per month for that service.
